While his backstory may be mundane (small town boy growing up in south Eugene). His passion is anything but - espousing the power and beauty of the burrito. Often thought of as the first form of portable food it is undeniably considered to be the most impactful form of packaged produce. We all consume it and when our decendentants in a thousand years look back at what was the greatest invention ever... it will be the BURRITO!
